What for?
1. To protect from power surge, or protect from malicous power attacks. If
   power ground simply connects to building ground, voltage level isn't
   gauranteed because malicious attack can easily change it's voltage level
   and damage your whole building's equipments. For example they can use
   a von de green device to connect to your building's backbone steel or
   water resevoir to change the voltage level. Most building grounds are
   connected to water reseviors.
2. Everyone needs this. Yes, there are lots of bad people who want to
   make you slaves by wasting your money and making you poor. This can be
   achieved via ground voltage manipulation and sabotage. Everyone needs this.
3. Offset ground so that both output and ground can be shifted the same
   time, maintaining a fix voltage difference.

2. Is it the same as UPS? No. They have different purposes. UPS stores
the high voltages and provides them during a blackout. Some UPS stabilize
the high voltages but not the ground. So they are not a protective device
for ground voltage.

Startup interuption with cyberghost 7 service not running message. If you
click no startup will abort. If you click on yes the Windows authentication
window will pop up and ask you to confirm to run cyber.exe /startservice.
Obviously some scourndrel don't know how to write a software.
9/11 US amazon prime server 173.44.35.58 doesn't work. Amazon website says
you are using vpn service.

Netflix can go to mainpage but can't start streaming movie.

9/5/19 Fatal all tap windows adapter in use, can't connect to vpn servers. Solution
is go to internet and center, adapter setting, enable ether 5 connection(nordvpn). It
is documented in nordvpn online help.

ExpressVPN
8/28/19 can't connect from home, LA nor Seattle nor washDC. Protonvpn fine.
9/11/19 Changing connection cities didn't change wireshark destination ip,
 indicating a serious bug. Restarting computer also didn't help. Have
 to manually disable and enable network adapter of expressvpn.
 IP fetched from expressVPN differed from wireshark destination.
 Amazon prime streaming is blocked from Seattle and Salt lake City servers.

What's missing in our education:
Computer class
When I was in college, I found I waste a lot of time on basic computer software because I lack the basic knowledge. When I was making my projects, I encountered a lot of problems which I knew I didn't have to encounter if I learned it from a manual. Even the basic concept of Office is not introducted in my college and I had to trial and error most of the time. If I learned it systematically, I wouldn't need to trial and error and waste my time unwisely.
I think what is lacking is a computer class. A computer class that shows all the necessary softwares used in college. Nowadays a student's work is done mostly on computers. So it can't be overemphasized.
This may be partly due to the piracy phenomanom in Asia. It is like we stole the software but forgot to steal the manual. We want to give our students the best tools but we forget to show them how to use it. They are left to try it in the dark to find out how to use it.
I remembered one time I encounter a unicode problem with one of my physics projects.
Can we leave it to Google? Just google it when students have problems.

than drag-and-drop-note working flow. (Actually I never tried the latter so I can't compare)

Most VPN reviews on youtube or websites didn't really try it. They have many words,
but they didn't give action.

公務員失職的檢舉法律很簡陋，人民很難檢舉

監察法的問題
第三條，監察委員的分區在監察院網站上很難找到，讓人民很難理解。這在第 4 條監察院及監察委員得收受人民書狀，很重要!
所以失職若沒有圖利，必須由監察委員來彈劾糾舉或糾正。但人民若發現失職事件，如何告知監察委員? 只有第四條四個字，人民書狀，沒有任何例子告訴人民如何書狀。施行細則也沒訂書狀步驟流程與管理。這好像睜眼說瞎話，公務人員不會失職拉。這麼多公務人員不會有失職案件發施，你(?)在說謊。人民如何送書狀的步驟也沒寫，是可以寄信，還是飛鴿傳書。可不可以匿名也沒訂。貪汙治罪條例就至少有訂一點匿名步驟，也很簡陋就是。

第六條四, 若只有違背但沒有圖利呢? 就不用罰? 當事者可能被第三者恐嚇，才違背,圖利者為第三者.但當事者還是知道這樣做會違法，會傷害到無辜人民,還是做了.所以應該還是得罰.
第六條五,有一樣問題，若不知道這樣會圖利，就不用罰嗎?
第六之一條，只有三年真的是小看詐騙集團。
第八條一，因而查獲其他正犯或共犯者，免除其刑，根本是包庇。
結論，若是違法但沒有圖利，會罰不到。也只有台灣會這樣訂法。太小看犯罪集團了。寫這法律的人好像在讀幼稚園。

獎勵保護檢舉貪污瀆職辦法
檢舉瀆職的辦法居然是訂在獎勵保護檢舉貪污瀆職辦法，林背以為這條是在定獎金的，有人蓄意隱藏重要的條文。檢舉辦法是比獎勵辦法重要，應該要放在最前面，名稱明顯要故意隱藏最重要訊息。要先知道怎麼檢舉，才考慮獎金吧。檢舉兩字會被以為屬於後方名詞，動詞為獎勵保護。檢舉這麼重要的法律，理所當然要讓人一看就明白，而不是讓人看過錯過。
第十二，十三條，好像很不想寫一樣。怎麼保護也沒寫，這是人民的保障ㄟ。如何確保檢察機關有確實審理，也沒寫，這也是人民的保障ㄟ。
好像青少年玩遊戲。你去做這個這個，然後我來定這個法律，這樣看起來我們很認真在訂法律。

乒乓球碰撞後旋轉方向改變的實驗與模擬

用我們的GS軟體模擬一個簡單的實驗。以前打球類運動的時候，比如打桌球網球籃球等，有時候對於球在反彈後的旋轉改變會覺得很有趣。在桌球以及網球這兩個情況，旋轉改變對於球的路徑改變是相當巨大的。以前就會常常自己拿著桌球或網球在試說，為什麼這樣旋轉的球，碰地彈起來後球會那樣子飛。現在，終於可以用GS軟體真正來模擬來呈現(利用軟體中的轉動積分器)。

這邊先模擬了一個較簡單的狀況，一顆桌球原本的旋轉軸跟桌球桌面不垂直，呈現一個夾角。在轉速不太快的情況下，球反彈後旋轉軸會變得幾乎垂直。這個狀況用手來實驗還蠻容易觀察到的。底下是我實拍兵乓球反彈後的影片，加上我用GS軟體模擬出來的影片，GS影片在最後面幾秒。

讀者一般在電腦上處理數學文件的時候，比如說做報告的時候，都是用微軟的Office Word。不過若是你遇到很多的數學，相信你應該用方程式處理器打得很痛苦，我以前就是這樣。要不然就是花錢請出版社打，不過他們也是用Word打，因此他們也很痛苦，打出來錯誤百出，無比醜陋，還要反覆校稿，搞得大家都不愉快。或者是遇到需要加入或者畫出高品質繪圖的狀況，不管是自己用小畫家或powerpoint畫，或是找出版社畫，都是無比醜陋，就會覺得，怎麼這麼難搞。這邊就是告訴你，你找錯人了。這個問題屬於"電腦排版"的領域，簡稱"電排"，如同電腦繪圖，電腦繡字我們簡稱電繪，電繡。電排跟以前鉛字活字排版是有一定程度的關係。電繪電繡這些領域，你必須要去找這些領域的專家來，電排也是。這邊我會稍微介紹一下這個領域，與這些專家使用的工具，以及若是想要學習這門技術，想排出高精密且高品質的數理與圖案的文件，需要付出多少的努力。

有一些軟體是專門用來處理數學文件電排的。我們這邊介紹一個電腦程式LaTeX，他是一種電腦程式化的活字疊格排版技術，疊格的意思，就跟以前手動鉛字活字排版時一格一格疊上去的意思是一樣的，只是現在把它電腦程式自動化，在電腦中去排版。LaTeX中文我叫他"活字疊格"，簡稱"疊格"，取其近似於TeX的發音。活字疊格這個程式就是專門用來處理專業美觀並且公式數量很多(如一本數學書籍)的數理化文件，他做出來的PDF文件絕對是最精美最高品質，而且在數學或圖案文件量大的時候絕對是你的唯一選擇，因為真正專業的不會選擇用Word。因此LaTeX的全文我傾向叫他，電腦精密活字疊格排版技術(或程式)。
